With the approach of the Homebirds Music Festival the Committee, made up of CRY104fm and members of Parents Together in Autism, would like to invite local sports clubs and organisations to be part of a community information afternoon in Barry’s Lane from 2.30pm – 4.30pm.
There, clubs and societies are free to set up a stand from which they can provide information to any interested persons on what their club is all about, how to join or find out more. Speaking with CRY104fm’s Linda O’Connell, she said, “We thought it would be a great, free advertising opportunity for clubs that work so hard to provide sports outlets for children, to come and let the public know what they are all about. In the midst of all the venues that will be showcasing some fantastic musical talents from one end of town to another all weekend, we thought that something like this would also really add to the community spirit of the Festival”.
Any club that would like to have representatives present in Barry’s Lane on the day, to let the people of Youghal and surrounding areas know about your organisation, please contact email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org
